1. Loose

3. Leakage occurs

As a result of loose parts, vibration and the impact of heat machine, machine sealing surface and pipe joints, there will be leakage phenomenon; Part of the casting, processing and other defects, in the assembly debugging is difficult to find, but due to the vibration, impact effect in the process of operation, this defect is exposed, the performance is leakage (leakage) oil (water). Therefore, the run-in period is prone to leakage.

4. Many operational errors

Due to the lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially the new operator), it is easy to cause faults due to operational errors, or even mechanical accidents.

5. Poor lubrication

Since the fit clearance of newly assembled parts is small, and it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of fit clearance due to assembly and other reasons, lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear. Thus reduces the lubrication efficiency, causes the early abnormal wear. In severe cases, the friction surface with precise fit will scratch or bite, leading to the occurrence of fault.
